Fantasy journey with Bina and team. We had amazing attention and professionalism throughout the tour, even while Bina was grieving the loss of a family member. Given the presence of my elderly mother, I was initially a little dubious, Bina and team did a good  job taking care of. Pleasure to share my experience with Escape Thrill...visited east Sikkim with my betu & had an wonderful time. To me, 5 star rating is applicable for major 5 facilities provided by the tour agents.
1. Hotel accommodation
2. Transportation
3. Fooding
4. Co ordination during crisis moment
5. Proper guidance of the person
assisting us (mostly drivers)
All these facilities were duely served by Bina Guha ( my tour organizer)....provided good home stay with food, Transportation was good enough...& most importantly co ordination was excellent with innovative  suggestions.
The only part missing was that, the driver that she provided was not professional enough.  His driving skill is superb  but needs to be a better guide than just to pick & drop up for all the tourist....
